Get access to unlimited virtual classes and *1 live studio class per week (subject to availability)  This is priced at a total of £70 for the 6 weeks.  Even if you only attend two of the virtual classes per week this is a saving of £14 across the block.  This pass can also be used by any member of your household for virtual classes so there’s no excuse for everyone not to get involved!!

Woman Practising Pilates

Strength, Flex & Focus

A class which focuses on functional movement performed mindfully  encouraging the body to lengthen and strengthen.  We end these sessions with a 10 min guided meditation which focuses on a theme.

Beginners Pilates

A gentler class focusing on the basics and combining both classical and modern Pilates repertoire. Perfect if you’ve never done Pilates before or require a less strenuous class

Pilates Stretches

Intermediate Pilates

Combining both classical and modern Pilates repertoire this class offers a slightly more challenging level whilst giving options to progress your practice.

Cardio Barre Sculpt

A mix of Pilates and Barre technique incorporating some equipment - we have creative ideas for this so don’t worry if you don’t have any.  This fun class is about enjoying movement whilst getting strong and flexible and increasing cardiovascular health

Pilates for Menopause

This class will support you through this transitionary time in your life. Strength training supports bone health and may help to prevent osteoporosis, which is a huge benefit as women go through menopause.

Suitable for premenopausal and menopausal women. A low-impact, targeted class helping to increase flexibility and balance and improve bone density, muscle strength and tone.
